Oraybir İnşaat was founded in 1999 by Orhan PEKDEMİR (1969) as a company based in Ankara. After its establishment, it continued its activities by planning the construction work qualities based on five-year progress targets. In this direction, it has undertaken the revision of existing structures; periodic maintenance of collective buildings, residences, business centers, official buildings and private sector structures; turnkey construction manufacturing works of unfinished cooperatives; turnkey project and manufacturing works of superstructure buildings and villas and special projects and manufacturing works for individuals or institutions in various provinces of Turkey.
In line with our company's progress targets; in order to carry out restoration works in registered buildings belonging to official institutions and organizations, our company has increased its "work completion certificate limit" in different application fields to approximately 350.000.000,00 TL and 210.000.000,00 TL (Turkish Lira) by the end of 2025, which allowed as to be included in the List of Companies that Are Pre-Qualified to Carry out Restoration Works by the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Museums as of 2021 and in the List of Pre-Qualification for Application Works by the Cappadocia Area Presidency as of 2024 and 2025.
It attaches importance to carrying out the works under our commitment in accordance with academic and European standards. We carry out our scientific studies in the name of Cultural Heritage conservation through the relevant universities with which we have a consultancy agreement and expert advisors in the field. We also receive analysis, rasps, reporting and manufacturing follow-up services. Since its establishment, it has followed construction and material fairs in Turkey and abroad and created a technical data and sample archive at the company headquarters. With the experience gained from its projects, the company has specialized in restoration, successfully completing restoration projects both in Turkey and abroad within the framework of its 20th-anniversary goals. Oraybir Construction and Restoration has made it a principle to ensure quality, maintain thorough archiving, and give buildings a distinct identity. The company has also completed projects of spiritual significance for our nation.
Between 2017 and 2021, the Ankara State Opera and Ballet Building restoration works were carried out. A book documenting the project was written, and a documentary was produced.
2020 Anıtkabir Lion Road; restoration of lions and statues has been completed. Reports have been written and visual archives have been created.
Between 2022 and 2023, the Çanakkale Martyrs' Memorial Environmental Arrangement and Restoration works were completed. A book was written and a documentary was produced to capture the process.
Between 2023 and 2024, the Yunus Emre Tomb and Complex Visitor Center Superstructure Project in Eskişehir/Mihalıççık was constructed, and the process was detailed in a book.
Since 2023; We have started restoration applications in registered historical buildings belonging to our country in Germany-Frankfurt, Poland-Warsaw, Hungary-Budapest, Iraq-Baghdad, the first and second phases of these projects have been completed.
Our construction sites continue their activities in line with the ongoing construction processes.
As a principle, at the beginning of every project:
The historical background of the structure, its intended uses, and the construction and restoration phases it has undergone are thoroughly researched. Photo and video footage, lidar analysis footage, drone footage, regular dome-camera footage, 2D and 3D drawing programs designed and visualized studies, field, material analyses and new project application material samples of the works whose tenders have been received and contracts have been signed are archived from the first to the last. All this information is printed in a professional book, and the entire process is presented in a way that can be tracked with a QR code on both our website and in our books. In addition, this information archive, which includes all the details of the work from beginning to end, is shared with the relevant official institutions in professional formats that will facilitate review.
In order for the people concerned to reach these archives directly, an “exhibition room” is created in the existing institutions for the delivered works. In these exhibition rooms, there are archiving files including tender processes; files containing all mechanical, technical and architectural process sequences of the construction, samples of the products used, and important findings. For all works requiring periodic maintenance in addition to archiving, “periodical maintenance booklets specific to the institution” are prepared and delivered to the institution management and relevant personnel. The exhibition room provides the institution itself, inspection mechanisms, universities, students, relevant official institutions and advisory professors with the opportunity to access information about the restoration work carried out each period.
Oraybir Construction and Restoration, which has created its route with the target plans determined by working meticulously since its establishment, continues its work today under the leadership of Orhan PEKDEMİR and his son Koray PEKDEMİR.
